Are there any 1959-1982 Lincoln Memorial circulation strike cents that are "Prooflike" in

I found a 1970S cent in change I received at Starbucks yesterday. It is MS so I wonder how it ended up in a till. In any event, I looked at the change I received and this cent stood out from the rest. The fields appear prooflike. The devices contrast with the fields giving the coin an almost Cameo appearance. However when I looked at the coin through a 10x loupe the fields and devices have the same finish.
So are there any Prooflike Lincoln Memorial cents from 1959-1982? (I know that some of the Zinc Lincoln Memorial Cents from 1982 forward can have a proof like appearance).

There are, of course, PR '70-S cents.
S-mint PL's tend to be easy for '69 but a little tougher for dates after this. The presense
of cameo implies a true Proof but there can be a slight cameo effect on PL's. This especially
applies to coins fromthe first couple dozen strikes from a die or coins struck lightly on very
poor planchets.
'70-S PL's aren't rare in mint sets.
