Are these two coins the same?

And a previous auction of the supposed coin...

HA described it as: 1912-S 25C MS64 PCGS. Rippling cartwheel luster is nicely enhanced by a gently blanket of honey-yellow well mixed with the silver surfaces. The details are nicely defined from a strong strike.
They both have the same tick in the obverse right field near LIBERTY's forehead yet I can't see how HA's scans showed it so golden-yellow whereas pictures 10 years later show it nearly blast.

The colors are more saturated across the board on the Heritage picture. Look how much richer the blue label is in their picture, compared to in the picture at the top of this thread.

Hm good point, although I still find the HA description strange as it seems to match the coin they scanned. However I guess it is entirely possible the cataloger described the lots based on the photos.
Easy tells on the reverse:
Spot in lower curve of first S in states.
Spot at top of A in states.
Spot at top of F in of.
Splotchyness around "quarter" towards the centers.
Lance.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
