Is the coin dull/white in-hand?
This is one coin I wouldn't be buying based on a photo unless it was priced the next grade down....which it seems you may have done.
I rarely post images because a man has to know his limitations- photography is possible- its just capturing the right image and being able to get the right image posted here is a tall order.
Grading the image and then the coin based on that image is tough.
I would submit this one because if it grades it will be AU. Please be advised that an AU grade is a very tough grade for an 1896-s- Selling one in a PCGS holder that grades anywhere from 50-58 will not take long
