  looks to be an older NGC holder- I suspec based on when it was graded, it did not go higher than 63

  The major limiting factor for me is the luster. I'd call it MS64.

  Based on those images alone, and actually going by the images presented, I'd go as high as 65, but being limited by the images and imagining there's something hidden in those photos, likely a 64.

  I see lots of luster, fairly smooth cheek and fields. I'd go MS64.
  
  Two distractions; fingerprints and weak strike on the reverse. Both would
  not affect the grade but do affect the eye appeal.
  
  Still a wonderful piece of Carson City coinage!

  Here's a suggestion:
  
  Change the thread title to something a little more "appropriate" for a G rated crowd since YN's do lurk and post here.

  There is very little spread between an MS60 and an MS63. Greysheet (for example) is $410 and $455 respectively, which is about what someone looking for one would probably have to pay.

  I think those are roller marks on the cheek which do not necessarily preclude a higher MS grade (relatively speaking - they would be acceptable at a 64 or so). I'm betting that there are contact marks that are not shown in the photo. As stated before, the coin could have graded as high as MS64 based on what was visible. This leads me to believe that there is a lot missing from the photographs.
