Help needed in posting a pic....

For some reason, my pics aren't posting. I'm using the same commands as before and I even tried copying a previous pic that successfully posted.
Can someone give me any tips, and has any of the methodology for posting a pic been changed lately? Thanks, jmski.

I used to leave explicit instructions on "post its" on the fridge to remind my daughters of things I wanted done (like that day would have been nice). When tasks weren't completed, it was easy to assume my handwriting wasn't legible.
When I first got here and asked " How do you take a picture ? " .... You can imagine the responses.

Same thing for me using Safari yesterday. I couldn't see it as a preview as it was blank but it still worked when I posted it.
