NEWP- Shooting Proof Walkers with color in the buff not so easy

This is a recent purchase to add to my Walker Proof set. It's a 68 with a sticker. Proof Walkers with color are a bear to capture. This Walker on 98% of the angles shows an array of combinations of light pink, baby blue and mints green as a result of tissue storage. It has some super intense reflective and crisp mirrors which doesn't help much in imaging the coin. It's a really, really really pretty coin and is technically all there. As hard as this was to shoot in the buff, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to shoot through plastic. Oh, and the holder is scratched up alreadyimage

It was the single nicest Proof Walker, in my opinion, out of 200 or so Walker Proofs auctioned in the same session. Total Monster coin! The vivid greens and purples don't image well, but in hand, the coin is a Moose. TomT.

    That is one beautiful proof Walker. Congrats on the pickup.

    In hand I would expect it to be even better than it appears in the photo.

    A real treat would be having the opportunity to have the pictured coin in hand, along with Skyman's 1938 Cameo proof Walker. If that happened I would need to wear a bib to collect the drool.

    When the hoard of Walkers hit the auctions, I didn't take the time or effort to go through them. It looks like a good number of very bright coin people did take the time and will be rewarded. TomBigMoose, Legend and MJ (among others) all seemed to have benefited from taking the time.

    This coin is kicking and I hope you give it to Todd to have a shot at it. He has done well with my Buffalo proofs.
