I worked at Dave & Buster's for 9 years, and handled many, many bags of brand-new tokens. I always kept my eye open for something like this, and asked the amusements staff to do the same. I always thought it would be cool to have an off-center D&B token. I don't think I would've paid $78 for it, though, but that's just me.
