1908 mpd ihc question

this is on ebay....i know lil about mpd's...but does this look like it has an extra feather tip too ?
not my coin nor do i know the seller...probably a deal anyways...pcgs ms63bn attributed too..$65. delivered....linked below image

    Sorry, but it is not even labeled right. It's a RPD Re Punched Date. MPD does not mean Multiple Punched Date.......it means Mis Placed Date!

    It is labeled correctly by PCGS but described wrong in the listing. I can see the top of an 8 in the denticles.

    Maybe it's the pic, but I don't see the MPD 8 in dentils.

    That's one ugly coin. Like others in this thread, I don't know how it even graded, much less a 63. image
