1966 sms set...in hand...could this lincoln cameo??

yet another one side only image...had to roll the dice on this lincoln...truly looks like another great shot at very tough coins to find n make in cameo

I always thought the frost between the pillars had to be there to make deep cameo.
As far as the OP's coin goes, it is all about the mirrors on an SMS coin with PCGS. If the mirrors are deep like a regular proof, then it has a good shot at cameo. So it is tough to tell based on the current hazy state of the coin.
LVT, for reference, here are a few TV's of some SMS cams from PCGS. (Whew, that has to be the most acronyms I have ever used in a single sentence.) Note the mirrors.
