1966 sms set...in hand...could this lincoln cameo??

yet another one side only image...had to roll the dice on this lincoln...truly looks like another great shot at very tough coins to find n make in cameo
listing image here...it's like lightning struck 3 times...and of um all...the lincoln could be the cameo

in hand images by tha handicapped shooter...me...really hazy on rev though and copper so touchy...i need to find someone who is ncs sub privileged

    Looks good to me but not worth the NCS fees at all!

    i've had a goal for the longest time...to make a sms lincoln in cameo...this one to me looks good for a shot
    ncs...i've no clue on fee structure at all...but pcgs sms cameo's have $$$ bang to um...image

    unless i misunderstand, for the designation to be given the reverse building needs to be fully frosted between the pillars. for this reason i'd say no to your question.

    I always thought the frost between the pillars had to be there to make deep cameo.

    As far as the OP's coin goes, it is all about the mirrors on an SMS coin with PCGS. If the mirrors are deep like a regular proof, then it has a good shot at cameo. So it is tough to tell based on the current hazy state of the coin.

    LVT, for reference, here are a few TV's of some SMS cams from PCGS. (Whew, that has to be the most acronyms I have ever used in a single sentence.) Note the mirrors.

    I hope it Cams, But I really can't tell honestly from those pics, they are kinda hazy to really say if you ask me.

    On the SMS coins it all comes down to the fields. I have had many Lincoln Cents with frost that did not CAM because the fields were not "Deep". They have to have a proof like field to get the CAM on the slab. As for dipping it, don't do it!! Send it to NCS!!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Looks like it could have a shot @ cameo. It's a tough call to make from images...
    The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

    My guess is that if it were imaged `tru view` it would look
    just like those cameonut posted.
