  Well, one might think so since the seller relisted the same coin. What do you click to get the bid details page like that? I don't think I have ever seen that before.

  Proll'y--169 bids all with the same bidder --I would say Proll'y so. More likely just the sellers alter ebay ID.

  Looks like shill bidding to me. How else do you explain selling a coin after 14 bids to a guy who bids strictly on coins from that seller, and then the seller relists the coin for closing 7 days later?

  kfowler413 ( 5 ) is obviously either very disasitisfied with the coins this seller offers (but keeps coming back to win the bidding) or he's employed as a shill for ZANGGGGS. He's bid and won on 44 of ZANGGGGS listings and has 10 positive FB's. All from ZANGGGGS.
  
  How do you report stuff like this?

  I suspect lots of people out there don't realize that eBay has policies against shill bidding. In this case, everyone should have to play by the same rules.
  
  Bidding on one's own item is perfectly acceptable in other auction formats. There are auction companies that have been known to enter their own bids too.

  Shill bidding is also illegal which is why ebay takes it serious. They become liable when they don't act on factual cases reported to them.

  Ive seen at least 3 items I bid on have a "new" bidder drive the price up. It appears it's the same seller using no less than three different accounts because the background in the photos is fairly unique. They had one coin I wanted so I put on my birthday suit and went swimming.

  I would discount the Raw Maple Leaf's and other common bullion coins since one looks the same as the other.
  
  However, coins which share the exact same photograp should not simply be blown off.

  A report has been filed and followed up on via telephone with eBay.
  
  Funny but they'll not release the results of the investigation and were primarily interested in how I extracted my information?
  
  At the very minimum, the seller is guily of using a series of stock photographs. I wonder what will change in the near future?
