Did the BHNC ever do a rarity ratings on die-states?

I recall years ago they updated all the prime ratings. Wondering about die-states? I've been out of the loop for a while but I'm coming back!
Please... Save The Stories, Just Answer My Questions, And Tell Me How Much!!!!!

    BHNC rarity ratings. Just primes listed in this Aug 2004 list.

    It will take quite some time for the BHNC to publish new rarity ratings for the die states, including the primes. Things such as this are thoroughly discussed before any changes are made. Best now is to go with Steve Herrman's AMBPR listings.
    I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
