  to save you the trouble of finding out the hard way like i did, pcgs & ngc don't attribute a large portion of varieties
  
  1. verify which one you have
  2. verify they will attribute it, unless you don't need to see it on the holder, some people don't

  I know they don't attribute everything but I have a hard time with 1971 D DDO's. There is a few different types.

  From the pictures you posted, it could be just Master Doubling. You might want to send it to James Wiles first to see if it is a variety first before the exspense of slabbing.
