PCGS Mint Error attribution.

Good morning. I have what I hope is an easy question - does PCGS attribute strikethrough errors and note on the insert? I have read the announcement when the PCGS initially introduced the Mint Error program and it does not specifically talk about strikethrough. I am not sure if it qualifies as a major mint error type.
So, would PCGS attribute strikethrough wire / thread? Do you have an example of the slab with a strikethrough on the label?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Roman.

here are a few to look at. better if you are signed in.

Looking at some examples, strike through can be pretty dramatic. I have two 8 Reales coins getting ready for a submission, each with some small strike through on the obverse. Nothing too drastic, so I don't think it would warrant an extra attribution, expecially seeing some of the more spectacular examples.

have PCGS attribute it as an error.
If it is a minor struck thru (which
is a fairly common error), it not only
isn't worth the fees, but it might
not be 'eligible' - a judgment call,
but minor struck thru's are many
times not slabbed as errors.
I believe these are minor - 4-6mm long and straight.
