Errors on Colonial and Fugio's?

A Newp at a show today. I purchased it primarily for the hole - I have a type set of holed coins as some of you may know - and then I noticed the error.
How common are errors on these types of coins?
The error for those who are not familiar is an incomplete punch/clip. Either way I am excited about my new purchase so yay me!

Errors (in a variety of types, shapes, and sizes) are pretty common on colonials.
I think clipped planchets are pretty common on Fugios.
It just adds to the charm of the coin.

I'm think this is the case too as if it was an incomplete clip it would be the same curvature/radius as the coin and this indent isn't even close.
