    .
functions are nice as well as the images but does not look professional.

unless you have an extremely well-known reputation, i'd work on a more business-like theme for the site.

i am biased since i've not gotten my site to even produce a few moderate sales and i've had all types of newbie/professional templates

if you get your site to take off, share the secret!

or are you just building a site for display of your collection?

I would suggest pricing the coins you have for sale along side the pictures so collectors don't have to contact you for that list. Also have a function to allow them to purchase the coins by placing the coins in a basket that would allow them to proceed to the checkout area. I do like the way the pics pop up when you click on the image of the coin.

The title of your thread and the post contents were not giving me much help last night as to what you were attempting to accomplish, so I did not click the link. It is sad that I had to employ some protection mechanism in today's environment of computer harm in this matter. If your goal is to sell some coins, you may start first with posting a BST thread and then building up to your own site. The reasons for this include getting familiar with image techniques, pricing coins, how to ship, effective communication and so on. Everything you learn on the BST can then be applied to your own site. Good luck.

Tom B Sorry about the mixup. I sent you a temporary address. My new domain name as of
    today is

    www.palmcitycoins.com

This should get you to my site, which is still a work in
progress. I do have 10 years experience buying and selling on eBay with 100% positive
feedback. My sellers name there is coinsareus10 (i have not used e-bay in five years
    to sell)

Nice start.Try Joomla. A lot of FREE templates, very easy to install and manage "articles". Recommended for beginners (like me). I'm building a new website for coins too, but have nothing to show yet :-D

    Good luck!
