  They dropped the photo charges as of July 2. I believe they additionally raised the maximum auction fee to $250. From what I read on their site, it appears fees are 9% unless you start a store, offer free shipping and...

  The cap used to be 100...and the 250 is new to me..now that I know this its time to remove my peace dollar set off of there.I was a powerseller and also had the best status you can get on ebay.did it all in the 1st 2 years on ebay ,also have a store but I didnt offer one refund on one sale out of 50 sales and they took what I did away over that one sale. I now lost my 20 percent discount as well.As far as ebay goes after this I am done with ebay.My store will stay open until October and then I will retire off ebay due to their 'laws' and fees.
