I don't think the seller has anything to do with that. I think you get your money when it sells and PayPal get the interest when the buyer pays. Put immediate payment on the listing and you get paid when they hit the BIN.

Thanks. Looked around and didn't see any option for changing that.
A while back a buyer had some issues with Bill me later. He claimed that he couldn't pay because PayPal and Bill me later were not letting him do so. I didn't have enable the immediate payment though.

I would hope that PayPal made some people have problems with Bill Me Later. Fact of the matter is credit lines being too loose have made some banks have problems. But we all know PayPal is not a financial institution like banks...
Edit to add that almost all of my late payment problems are with buyers having problems with there PayPal account billings. Found it's better to make PayPal account a requirement to bid and Immediate payment required on all my BIN's now.
