Have you ever sold a coin only to find out that it was posted here later and the purchaser awarded a "you suck" because you "missed" something that they took advantage of?

Naw, we are one happy close family here and I don't think a board member would take advantage of another board member.
i still think we should have a "sucks to be you" club to go along with the "you suck" club
at least i could get inducted into that one...
tuition can get paid in several forms...just think of those you'll find not letting that happen again...
btw
i have had the reverse...i wear an 1806 holey half dollar around my neck in name of that honor
btw
it is nice to see the other guy win some too...
<< <i>I am pretty sure that happened to Mr. Holey in re: a bust half, don't remember the story, but sure he will chime in. >>
It was an "up until then" unknown die marriage that TWO of our people missed.
he got the You Suck and glad I found it for him!
bob
I think he enjoyed the dig

You learned it, you earned it.

Of course, it would be nice to get something as well, like the stores that sell winning lottery tickets.
I'm not really big into die pairs and VAM and Cherry-picker's guild, I'm more of a type set kind of guy. But I have found several varieties that more than made up for the one I missed.
Some proof that we really don't search the bags that come through here......
Although, I'll bet a few of the group out there, will think we "salted" or whatever.... and you all can run with that... but honestly we move so many every week, I would have to have a staff of 2 or 3 people to search them... just not cost effective.
So I'm MORE than happy that folks are finding "keepers" in our rolls and bags.
Happy Hunting.
