If I were going to run a scam like that, I'd try to make it a little more believable. Something like $125 "Grand Opening Special".
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector. Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.
Anytime you find those weird symbols in the title you can rest assured it is a Chinese Seller selling fakes. Report immediately and they will be nuked along with the seller.

A fraud perhaps but hes not infringing on anyone's trademark
Just to be safe he even labeled the year 1881 as trademarked

<< <i>He ran the same scam last week with 1889 CC Morgans. Had more than 10 available. He pops up all over the Ebay marketplace with the same scam. >>
Why doesn't eBay remove this seller from eBay permanently?

They do remove him every time. I just got a email from Judith saying that Ebay has banned him.
He'll just find some other computer and get a new handle and sign up again.

Hope that eventually this gets to be more trouble than it's worth for this guy.
