Paypal Invoice

Did Paypal do away with the "send an invoice" option? I have sent invoices before but don't see where I can do it now.

    I only use phone app

    I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach)

    There should be a link along the left hand side of the web site under selling tools for Manage Invoices.

    From there, you can send invoices, etc.
