i need some help with an ex card does anybody know anything about these??????

this card is a regular card there is nothing special about it except it is kobe bryant and it is numbered 7/39 on the back and it is boggling my mind because there is nothing in the beckett that has anything to do with numbers and i just dont know is there anyone that can help me...there is nothing that says anything special with the card it is just numbered on the back so please help me none of the other ex cards that i have are numbered like that and it is messing with my mind!!!!!! please help me!!!!!!!!
