Topps Now/Topps On Demand

First started getting into these about a month ago after reading about the Living set on the boards here. Since then, I have made several purchases including 2 of the On Demand Rookie sensations set. I believe the timeframe for those to go out was 5-7 days after the clock ended, which was 5/10. Still, my order shows as "processing". Also, most of my other Topps Now orders are taking forever as well. The only thing I have actually received to date was the Topps Living Acuna. Is anyone else also experiencing a slow turn around or has anyone contacted Topps. Thanks! Tim
