I JUST GOT TO MEET TIM DUNCAN!!!!!!!!

I am so excited, just had to share with y'all!!!!! I went into a local Kinkos to make some copies and heard this commotion and asked what was going on and they said Tim was in the back of the store making some copies. Of course I didn't believe it til I looked and sure enough he was there, couldn't miss all 7'1" of him!! Now here I was so close to meeting the man I adore ( NBA wise, sorry Q), what do I do? Well, I got up the nerve and went up to him and said hi!! I didn't know how he would react, but he was sooo nice! He said hello back, and I said how nice it was to meet him and that I have been a fan of his for so long and have been trying to collect all his basketball cards ( trying not to come off too corny, lol). He said that was some ambition to try and do and wished me lots of luck! I told him how happy I was that he finally got the MVP and to please not leave San Antonio! He just gave me a grin, lol. He showed me what he was making copies of, he just had another tattoo put on his arm, it was still covered in fact. It was a dragon, and he was making some copies of the picture of it to send to some friends. I asked if he would mind giving me an auto, and he said sure, but that he had to leave real quick after that . He signed "To Joyce - Tim Duncan 21". I thanked him, and he paid for the copies and left! I just stood there in awe for a few minutes, geez, I really met Tim!!!!! Everybody had to see my auto and say how lucky I was. I am just soooo thrilled, and now more than ever a fan for life!!!!
I still collect Tim Duncan! Love all high end auto's, and game used basketball of Tony Parker, and Ginobili too!

actually if the players are nice you like them more and its funner to still collect them, tyson chandler and eddy curry are both so cool. they are always willing to sign and talk about sports. I talked to eddy about his high school team (thornwood) a lot at bulls games this past season. Actually a few times tyson would sit next to me and chat and sign things if i asked him. It would only be brief but cool.
I HOPE YOU ALL READ THE ARTICLE ABOUT THE BEST SIGNERS OF THE YEAR IN THE RECENT BECKETT...... hmmmm or did we already know vince carter wont sign, jalen rose is the only bull that wont sign, and kg doesnt care for the fans.
WELL JOYCE tim duncan is a great player and obviously willing to talk to his fans and sign for them when requested to.

that's really cool duncangal but the reason he grinned is cause he didnt wanna tell you he's decided to come to orlando and play with grant hill and tracy mcgrady....
i was in a commercial with Stephen Davis once... it was 2 years ago when the Skins had a commercial advertising their training camp... i was standing at the fence and he was signing my autograph... it was a quick shot, maybe only 2-3 seconds... but it was still something to remember... i've also met Brian Mitchell, Kenard Lang, Shawn Barber, and Danny Wuerffel... lol, it sucks 3 out of the 4 aren't even on the team anymore... but, that's great to meet players like that... something you'll never forget...
