1849/6 H10C OVD-003 V-1 - Would PCGS attribute this variety correctly (# 4342)?

There have been a couple of threads about the 1849/6 H10C and the reclassification/seperation of the varieties of this date. I won an auction a couple weeks ago on this 1849/6 H10C Valentine 1. I want to ensure that it is attributed correctly, without having to resubmit it again. Mr. Hall identified in a previous thread posting that PCGS was having some issues with variety attribution and that they were working on the situation. Which of the present variety attributions should I list this as being? If I list it as 1849/6, PCGS # 4342, no Variety Attribution fee would be required since it is a Major Variety.

Here is what Kevin Flynn wrote about the description of 1849 H10C Valentine 1 from a previous thread;

1849/6 - OVD-003 - V-1 - Early die state - The top left of the 6 is seen curving through the top loop of the 9. The center left of the 6 extends from the knob to the center of the 9. The lower loop of the 6 extends from the right middle of the 9 to the bottom, slightly to the right of the center of the 9.
Late die states, only small remnants of the 6 is seen on the right or below the 9.
Repunched Date: 1849/84
Repunched 8 west seen to right of the top of the 8.
Repunched 4 west seen to the right of the 4 and through the triangle. Repunching on these digits not seen on late die states.

    I have never seen an example of this die in this die state. Definitely another 1849/846, just awfully weak even in this die state. Should have its own listing to differentiate it from the frankly much more interesting V-2 and V-4.

    My reholder order with Variety Attribution has been updated and PCGS does agree with the 1849/6 variety #4342. Although PCGS does not recognize the more definitive variety of V-1 at this time.
