Does anyone here consider themselves very knowledgeable regarding U.S. stamps on Blue Paper?

I meat a collector at the national show in Sarasota two years ago and we shared some ideas about several unlisted stamps that appear to be printed on the same Blue Paper as the Wash/Franklins. I'm interested in discussing this topic.
