PSA Grade on Flip Doesn't Match PSA Database

Has anyone had to deal with the following issue?
You have a PSA graded card that is a PSA 9. When you do a cert verification however, the card is listed in PSA's database as an 8.
Have any of you dealt with this, and sent the card back to PSA for correction? If so, what was the result?

I should add the following:
I bought the card in December 2001, and there are absolutely no signs of tampering with the slab, and the flip looks perfectly legit. Everything matches up between the card, the flip, and PSA's database, except that the database lists it as an 8, and the flip says it's a 9.
Through medical issues, PSA not coming to South Texas that often, and my forgetting to take the card to the 2013 and 2015 Nationals, it's taken me this long to send it in to PSA for correction.

Could be a data entry issue on their end. Call them and ask if you can send high res photos or scans to the rep you're speaking with and see if they can escalate the issue to get it corrected without you needing to send it into them. But im assuming they will want that, they always do.
