How can vendors on ebay sell a MS70 graded coin for less than the US Mint selling an ungraded coin?

    The 2018 American Buffalo Gold Proofs just came out at the US Mint the same day they were selling on ebay. I'm confused.

    I can list anything on Ebay without having one to sell at the moment.
