Problems Exporting Inventory to CSV

I am trying to use the 'export to CSV' function for my inventory list of coins. When I click on the link it loads a blank browser page. I am using Firefox, but have tried it with Chrome with the same results. What am I doing wrong? Has anyone experienced this issue?

Just tried it myself. I'm using Win10, IE 11 and it does not work for me either.

Hmmm. I wonder if an email to customer service is in order?
Haven't seen an update.
Just FYI, I just tried this and it worked with no problem (only took about 5 seconds as well).
Win7, IE11.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Sorry, I got busy and put this on the back burner. I just tried it again and to my delight, it worked perfectly. What ever issue they had, appears to have been rectified.
Thanks!
I have seen this issue several times. I believe it to be a PCGS bug. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don’t.

It's not working now...
CSV = Comma-separated Values. It's a standardized file format which facilitates the transfer of data between programs, spreadsheets, etc.
