Lincoln Mint Medal - question for Bill Jones

Another group I lurk in the in the medal in the image was posted. I am guessing It could be (1869) Lincoln / Broken Column Medal Julian-PR-38 one of the Lincoln Death medals. I understand the originals were very pure silver. I also understand that there could be a lot of restrikes. The size and weight is not known it's not my coin or image. Supposedly it was found in a roll of cents from the bank. Can you offer any information.
