Trouble with Crossover

I am trying to send a few cards for Crossover to PSA. When I select Submission type and check Crossover the Autograph Authentication Type window appears. It thinks I want to crossover an autograph.
What am I doing wrong? Do I have to be a Collectors Club member to do a Crossover?

Select No Autograph Authentication up top. Then the auto questions will go away.
