2018 Donruss

I bought a couple of boxes of this today. I really like the cards especially the 1984 donruss theme. I noticed the cards don't have team names or insignia. Why wouldn't Panini pay MLB for this right, it really hurts the appearance of some of the cards.

    So they have a deal with the players association but not MLB ?

    Topps - I believe has the license with ML BB till 2020.

    I don't understand why that isn't some kind of restraint of trade or something?

    Not sure about the legal side, but it certainly is a restraint on the quality of product available. :)
