    I have seen both 1990 and 2002. Wondering if this was a promo set? Or.........

    I'm guessing that since he was the prez when the series was initiated, that explains his portrait on the slab.
    Just s guess though.

    Hmmm. And it's the old blue anacs label so it may have been a short set/run
