Bought an old house, found a Joe DiMaggio autograph...

Hi All, I found a Joe DiMaggio signed/notarized autograph in my house I recently purchased. Apparently this was signed by Joe in 1985 to commemorate his 56 game hitting streak. It also has a picture of him signing it on the back of the frame.

I was very surprised when I found it, but I'm not sure how much it might be worth. I've not found anything online exactly like it, and I was wondering if anyone could advise or point me in the right direction.

Here's a prior auction for an identical piece. Looks like this one was dated 1990, so they were releasing these or a fairly long period of time for some reason.
