Question about Ebay discounts

If Ebay offers a discount of say 20% for items over $25.......does it still count if it is multiple items in your cart that ADDS UP TO $25? Or does it have to be one item?

    all items in cart must total $25+ to achieve disount

    I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach)

    You can add as many items to your cart as you want and save the discount on all items up to whatever the limit is set at.
