Is this the scarce 1807 small fraction reverse?

Hi all Large Cent Experts...this looks like small fraction reverse to me...seems to have die crack along "1/100" anyone able to confirm from my scan? Thanks for looking RJ

    It is reverse B of 1807 found on the S-274 (image courtesy PCGS CoinFacts).

    Thanks, funny thing is in newest CPG retail Guide(gGreysheet retail) in AG3 the coin is $1040, in the PCGS Price Guide it is around $100, and in the new Greysheet it is around $100.... I guess the CPG Guide is a typo....
