Hi there experts, I need some details on the note pictured. It was given to me by my Gramdmother who told me that it was a note that was only in circulation for a few days and removed due to issues with the note tearing. So I guess I’m asking if this is the case and if it’s worth more than the note value. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum! This note is from 1988 and was issued as a special edition commemorative note. Worth around $25.00.
