Retrospective Labeling Error Correction

A while back I sent in a bunch of coins, one of which came back incorrectly labeled -- a British 1900-C trade dollar labeled 1900. I made a note in my registry set that it was mislabeled and set it aside. I was going to get it reholdered to correct the error, but it kept becoming a lower and lower priority. I took a look at my set in the registry and they actually fixed the problem in their database without my prompting and without seeing the coin, so now my coin no longer matches.
Has anyone else had a coin change on them like this?
