2003 Playoff Prestige Football

Anyone have any idea why boxes of 2003 Playoff Prestige Football are so incredibly rare? I've been watching eBay and elsewhere on the net for over 2 years and have never seen one for sale. The rookie class is lackluster (no Romo), so what gives?
