Vintage(?) Baseball stickers. What are they and who are they??

So I found these stickers in a collection of older cards that I picked up. Usually I'm pretty good with faces, even of the older players. I can't figure out who these guys are nor can I figure out what the heck these stickers are...year, company, etc. The back, I believe, refers to Fasson that made stickers for lots of different things but I can't find anything about baseball stickers. Can anyone help?? As always, you are appreciated!

As a Pirate fan, I can tell you that Vernon Law is the Pirate depicted. Law played in the 50's and 60's. The other guys look like they're from an earlier era. 30's or 40's? Never seen these before, so no clue as to what they are.

The one (top row) with the beard is from a team The House of David 1913 - 1950's Michigan area. The cards might be from the 60's. Google the patent number from the back of the sticks.

The patent number is actually more clear in the pics than it is in person. Or maybe my eyes are just that bad. I can't quite make it all out.

    Tim,

According to the link below that type of sticker backing was around in the late 1970's to the early 1980's.

I like them. Never seen them before. The Pirate player looks like he has smoke coming out of his ears. Thought he may have lit up a smoke just before the photo. Good call on the ID of Vern Law. Maybe check with PSA to see if they have graded any of these to help with IDing the source.

I believe the lower left is Van Lingle Mungo. Looks like some homemade deal. That might even be the exact 39 Play Ball pose for Mungo if I remember correctly.

I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.
