Cards Shifting in Plates?

Hi!

I just made a purchase of multiple PSA graded cards online, and two of the cards shift in their plates. They're both perfect 10s otherwise I wouldn't worry about it, but I just wondered if this is something normal? The other cards in the purchase stay perfectly centered and never shift.

Can you provide a scan? It appears that the cards are in those mylar "baggies?"

I don't like the looks of them but they say it's due to the card being slightly oversized from what I understand?
