In order to have valuable Japanese Otani Shohei cards appraised ?

Hello
I have sent many cards of Shohei Otani to ebay when I was in Japan.
My ebay account is japan-daisuki.
I got a lot of my cards on PSA's books.
I am asked to expertise at PSA.
However, because the card I have is very rare, there seems to be no data in PSA as well.
How can I get such a card to be appraised and put in a case?
I sent it to appraisal once.
Should I send it again?

There also is a pink version too. Have you looked in the Japanese SCM as they have checklists? It might have that one identified.
I also have a pink version.
These two cards are quite a few cards.
Only gifts were given to visitors.
