My father's coins
NOTE - I'M EDITING MY POST TO DELETE SOME CURRENCY PHOTOS WHICH WERE DUPLICATED. SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION THIS CAUSED!
Hey everyone - I'm cleaning out the closet and am hoping to get rid of some old coins and currency my father (and grandfather) had collected.
I guess I'm looking for advice on how to sell it. I'd like to make it easy, while not sacrificing too much, obviously. Should I post them all in one lot on Ebay? Does anyone here want them? What's a fair price to let it all go at once?
Thanks for your help! I'm really a baseball card guy, so this stuff isn't my specialty.
5 Credit Suisse Gold Ounces (they're tiny, like the size of my son's fingernail - seems like it couldn't be an ounce, but what do I know?)
54 Walking Liberty Half Dollars (1935, 36, 37, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46,
14 Ben Franklin Half Dollars
6 Kennedy Half Dollars
43 Eisenhower Dollars
9 Lady Liberty Dollars (is that what they're called?) (1881, 1889, 1921x5, 1922, 1924)
2 Indian Head Pennies (one shiny, one not)
1 Columbian Half Dollar (1893)
1974 Proof set
I also have a bunch of currency. some looks really old (silver certificates) and some are newer, like 2 dollar bills with postmarks. I'll try to add photos of those, as well.

Nothing of real numismatic value.
You should check out "coinflation.com" for the melt values.

Thanks, Chris. What about those gold "coins"? They seem to say 1 ounce, but they are absolutely tiny. Here are some photos of the currency I have.

The gold bars look like 1 gram bars, not 1 ounce. If the Indian heads are in the picture you provided, the gold colored one is a $2.50 gold piece, not a penny.
That's what I thought. But they seem to say 1 ounce on them. Thanks for the assistance!
The large size notes that you posted definitely have value, particularly the 2’s, 5’s, and the $1 black eagle notes. I’d suggest posting on the currency forum for advice.
Nice currency's !!!
The currency definitely has value. You should post the notes on the currency board to perhaps get more traction.
The brighter Indian Head cent is actually a gold quarter eagle and has over $160 worth of gold in it, but these sell at a premium to their gold content so it will be worth more than that. The silver coins will be easily sold as bullion and a site such as coinflation.com can tell you what their bullion value is (currently, it is about 12-times face value). The Eisenhower dollars are essentially worth face value unless they are the 40% silver versions, the Columbian half dollar is worth slightly more than its bullion content and the silver dollars always sell at a slight premium to silver, as well. Lastly, the Credit Suisse are one gram bars, as has been mentioned, and definitely not one ounce bars.
Good luck.
