Need help with Autos

I've been asked to sell a few autograph items but would like to know some info about them before hand. They have a Mounted Memories hologram on them I'm looking to know if they are real or not as there is no COA and any estimated value. He also has a signed baseball from Pete Rose and a signed hat from Dale Earnhardt but no COA here are the pic of the items.

Mounted Memories stuff should be good. They have shows in Chicago couple times a year and have the guests sign a bunch of stuff behind the scenes to sell.
