Welcome to the boards.
You can go to "My set registry" and on the blue line it should say "Add new set(s)". Click on that and see what sets you can start with your coins.

I am having trouble upgrading into an established set, or even changing with the same grade a coin I like better? What is the best way? delete present than add new? Is there a couple day delay from adding to showing up in set, or is it instantaneous?
If you have a coin in a set and you want to upgrade that coin, all you have to do is add the new coins cert # and click the big blue box under where you put the cert # and the program will automatically update any set that coin goes into.
