If you want to attribute using online images instead of turning to Overton's book or Glenn Peterson's, a better way than combing through Coinfacts, HA, etc. is Dave's site: maibockaddict.com/capped-bust-half-dollars.shtml
Although I have all the relevant reference books I find it easier to refer to a complete set of high grade die marriage images I keep on a cloud server.
Dr. Peterson is a friend and fellow Bust Half Nut Club member and a very accomplished bust half collector. I bought his book to support him. But I've only opened it a couple of times.
Old timers still rely on Overton's book, now at edition 5. Glenn Peterson's book has far better images but it is organized quite differently.
Steve Tompkins, who released the wonderful reference book, "Early United States Half Dollars Vol. 1" covering pre-turban half dollars (1794 - 1807) is hard at work on volumes 2 & 3 covering the capped bust series. If they are anything like volume 1 they will jump far ahead of anything released to date.

Agree! and thanks for the link above. I'll try it out.

Overton's book and Parson's book.
Parson plays on Big Bang Theory. Glenn Peterson wrote the book
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
You're missing the crack at star 12...a giveaway.

Thanks, for some reason I always screw up that author's name!
I see that Coin Facts has it, not sure how I missed it, nice example here: https://coins.ha.com/itm/bust-half-dollars/1818-50c-o-105-r3-au55-pcgs/a/1223-4952.s?hdnJumpToLot=1x=0&y=0
