Intentions are hard to judge and if you act according to a good conscience you shouldn't worry or be affected by other's responses. "To thine own self be true".
UH, Yea. Agree totally. I guess I should lax out and stop trolling for LOL's.
I just can't seem to help myself. My bad.

Insult. Everytime. No exceptions. Ever.
Is that what you intend when you use it or is that what you infer when you receive it. If I think something is humorous I'll use LMAO otherwise if I use LOL or LOLOLOL it's intended to be a mild diss.

Lots of Love is the original LOL v1.0.
Sometimes I hit agree because the person made me smile. Or frown with disagree. So when you guys see a post with a joke and it has 20 LOLs and 1 agree, it's probably me smiling.

See? You learn something new everyday. I always thought it was "Laughing Out Loud" from the beginning.
Now I know why people questioned some of my responses back then.

I would say it depends on the poster and the subject but in general, yes. LOLs are funny, happy, upbeat and a good thing.
I may click LOL if I find something funny. If it is more Drama than funny... I normally just move along.
I prefer the LOL to a Disagree. I wouldn't ask someone to change one because it upset me... Wait a minute!!! someone disagreed with me once! I'm gonna have to PM that person and have them change that!
I don’t care what they think. There are any number of people on the bourse who are going to trash me (sort of like background radiation) and if expressing opinion here will not hesitate hit disagree button.
If someone says something meant to make us a laugh. Like “ my young daughter says she only likes coins with the sticker”. I push LOL because it’s funny.
If someone says does this mint mark look like a double and you hit LOL. It means duh lol. How could you possibly think that. Maybe someone gets. Offended.
If someone LOL me I take it as positive and hope I made there day brighter.
In the end, they are all good. LOL means you brought a smile to someone. Disagree means you were educated by second opinion (as long as the disagreement came with an explanation).

Maybe PCGS will read this thread and decide to add subcategories/choices to LOL, like they currently have for "Flag" - the obvious subcategories are 'LOL - That's Funny!', 'LOL - You're an Idiot!', and LOL - 'That's Funny, but You're Still an Idiot!'
