Sullivan Numismatics just posted a PCGS MS62 1979-P SBA on quarter planchet. The centering could be better, though.

is it me or does it also have some die rotation?

MS62 with light friction on the high points keeping the coin from a higher grade--nice surfaces and luster.

these are likely marks on the planchet that were not struck out. have to see it.
