Questions about 1933 Gehrig

I stopped at my LCS (also a comic book store) and the owner casually showed me pics of the card below that her old partner has and they're in the process of sending it in. I know they're not the greatest pics, but opinions about, well, the first question would be authenticity and the second would be possible grade. Would love to see it in person.
