Seems obvious? Or a good deal? The Seller is asking way less than average price with a best offer option.
And then has a just graded 1961 Mantle for sale at the correct price.

Not a flip expert but pricing wise it is in the range of what lower end 5s went for earlier this year according to VCP. It is very OC too.

The flip looks like an older one to me. Card looks to be graded correctly and the price while on the lower end is not a major warning sign to me.

Got full ask too. Turned down a lot of offers from $1k -&1600.

Most of the sellers old listings were Pro graded or GAI graded stuff as well.Seemed odd for sure. And the cert number looked small to me.
