I think "business strike" is a perfectly acceptable term. Equals "struck for commerce," which is main the purpose of coinage. Others hate the term and prefer "circulation strike." That's fine, but then you get the mouth full of marbles terms "circulated circulation strike" and "uncirculated circulation strike."
